After serving as an Infantryman in the 82nd Airborne Division, I attended Florida State University, where I received my B.S. in Political Science & Social Science in 2005.
During my senior year of undergraduate, I served as an intern in the office of Senator Carey Baker. Due to the sudden death of Senator Baker’s long time Chief of Staff, I was named Senator Baker's Legislative Aide and was one of only two Senate Chiefs of Staff under the age of thirty. In this position, I had the opportunity to present ninety-six bills before nineteen Senate Policy Committees and five Senate Appropriations Committees, achieving a 100% pass rate.
Since leaving the Florida Senate, I have consulted for the Republican National Committee, Republican Party of Florida, Heritage Foundation, National Federation of Independent Business and candidates in Florida, Georgia and Michigan at all levels of government.
During the 2018 Legislative Session, I served as the Legislative Aide for the Michigan Senate Assistant Minority Floor Leader.
I have served as the Treasurer and Vice President of the Tampa Bay Young Republicans and as Vice Chair of Region V for the Florida Young Republicans.
I am currently attending George Washington University, where I am finishing my Masters in Political Management. In 2018, I was honored to have been named a member of Golden Key Honor Society and Phi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society.
